According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at approximately 8:53 pm, Road Patrol Deputies responded to Glenmore Dr in the Town of Annsville for a reported single-vehicle personal injury motor vehicle accident.

Upon arrival, it was determined that Wayne Beam, 39, of Taberg, was operating a 2013 Ford F-150 Southbound on Glenmore Rd in the Town of Annsville, when he lost control of the vehicle and left the Western shoulder of the roadway. Beam's vehicle struck a utility pole before coming to rest on the shoulder of the roadway. Beam complained of neck, back, and hip pain and was transported to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center for treatment.

Beam was issued citations returnable to Annsville Town Court at a later date.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by members of the Taberg Fire Department and AmCare Ambulance.
