According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol deputies from the Road Patrol division took a burglary complaint on May 10th at the United Methodist Church clothing donation shed in Waterville.

The case was turned over to the Criminal Investigations Unit and with the assistance of road patrol three suspects, Nicole Wystozaly, 38 of Oriskany Falls, Glen Sauerhafer, 39 of Waterville, and Shane Riano, 36 of Bridgewater were all arrested for Burglary 3rd a class D Felony. The three suspects were stealing bags of clothing from the donation shed that were supposed to go to members of the community in need. The three suspects were sent to OCJ to await arraignment in CAP Court.

The bags of clothing were recovered and returned to the church.
