According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Verona man was arrested on felony charges following a domestic incident in the Town of Verona.

On July 1st, 2023, shortly before midnight, Deputies responded to an address on Rome-New London Rd in the Town of Verona, for a reported domestic incident. Following the investigation, Jason Tuttle (38) of Verona, was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st, Aggravated Family Offense, Driving While Intoxicated, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, all class E felonies.

Tuttle was transported to the Law Enforcement Building, where he was processed and turned over to Oneida County Jail to await arraignment.
