Matthew Sypolt was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 7/2/2023. Sypolt was committed to the custody of the Oneida County Correctional Facility with a bail set at $5,000 (Cash) or $10,000 (Bond), to appear in Marcy Town Court on an upcoming date for the charges of Strangulation 2nd, Menacing 3rd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment 2nd.
