According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, an Annsville man was arrested following a domestic dispute that occurred in the Town of Annsville.

On July 6th, 2023, Deputies responded to a physical domestic dispute that occurred on Meadows Road in the Town of Annsville. Subsequent to their investigation, Patrick Howard of Annsville was arrested and charged with one count of Assault 3rd, a class A misdemeanor, after Howard struck the victim resulting in physical injury. Howard was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and was turned over to the County Jail pending arraignment.
