According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, members of the Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a fatal ATV accident on River Road, in the Town of Forestport.

Through the investigation, it was learned that the deceased male is, Kenneth S. Veckmer, 57 of Forestport. Kenneth was operating a 2005 Polaris four wheeler on River Road in the Town of Forestport.
