According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; On August 21, 2023, A Constableville man was arrested after an investigation into a Domestic dispute that occurred in the Town of Boonville.

Upon completion of the investigation, Sandor Shilling, 38, was arrested for an incident that occurred on August 14, 2023. Shilling was charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd, a class D Felony.

Shilling was arraigned at CAP court at the Oneida County Jail and Released on his own Recognizance.
