Today, SPO Pflieger had the pleasure of speaking with the kids from the Barneveld Public Library summer program. The kids learned how to tell the Good guys from the Bad guys. SPO Pflieger also handed out honorary Deputy Sheriff badges to the kids and administered the oath of office to them on behalf of Sheriff Maciol. A big thank you to Greta Madore, who is in her 40th year of running this program, for the invitation. This is SPO Pflieger's 10th year of participating in the program and looks forward to returning next summer.
