In keeping with our Nation’s promise to “Never Forget”, the Sheriff’s Office was honored to participate and attend several gatherings throughout the county on this 22nd anniversary of the September 11th attacks. They included the Genesis Group’s Prayer Breakfast at Harts Hill in Whitesboro that featured Andrew Card, the Chief of Staff for President George Bush as the event’s amazing keynote speaker. Next, it was a morning Wreath Laying and Memorial Service in the City of Utica followed by the annual Silent March & Ceremony in New York Mills. Lastly was an evening Memorial Service in the City of Rome. May God Bless all of our First Responders and the Members of our Military!
