According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on September 13, 2023, at about 7:12 PM, Deputies responded to O’Brien Road in the Town of Forestport for a reported motorcycle accident with injuries. Upon arrival, Deputies determined that Kevin A. Bowen, (28) of Remsen, was operating a 2004 Black Harley Davidson southbound on O’Brien Road when he lost control of his motorcycle. Bowen flipped the motorcycle and slid across the payment. Bowen was transported via Mercy Flight to Upstate Medical University Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

No citations have been issued at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
