According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M.

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on September 27, 2023, at approximately 06:53 PM deputies responded to Summit Rd in the Town of Paris for a physical domestic dispute.

Following the investigation, Deputies charged Mark Keenan, 36, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, class A Misdemeanor; Menacing 3rd Degree, class B Misdemeanor; Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree, class A Misdemeanor; and Harassment 2nd Degree, a Violation.

Keenan was transported to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Building where he was processed before being turned over to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment at CAP court.
