According to the Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Floyd man was arrested following a Domestic Dispute.

On October 2nd, 2023, shortly before 9:00 pm, Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute on Davis Road in the Town of Floyd. Subsequent to their investigation, Robert Anna was arrested and charged with (3) Counts of Criminal Mischief 4th a Class A Misdemeanor, (1) Count of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing a Class A Misdemeanor, (1) Count of Menacing 3rd a Class B Misdemeanor, and (1) Count of Harassment 2nd Degree a violation. Anna was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, arraigned at Oneida County CAP Court, and released on his own recognizance.

An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
