Sheriff's Deputies responded to a domestic dispute on North Main Street in Oriskany Falls Thursday evening. A female said that over the last few weeks, her boyfriend has been threatening her and destroying her property. She said that last night, during an argument, he threatened her with a croquet mallet.

According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, Michael Lamanque, 32 of Oriskany Falls was arrested and charged his with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree, Harassment 1st, Harassment 2nd, Aggravated Harassment, Criminal Mischief, and Stalking. After being taken into custody Lamanque was processed and taken to the Oneida County Jail where he is waiting to be arraigned in CAP Court.
