Whitesboro Woman Arrested

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Whitesboro Woman was arrested for Grand Larceny after an investigation into a stolen purse. On 08/27/23 while at a Pop Warner Football Game at Whitesboro High School, Diamonaya D. Matherson, 27, of Whitesboro stole a purse from another mother’s stroller as they were there to watch their sons play football. Matherson then returned to her vehicle where she used the stolen credit cards from the purse to make thousands of dollars of purchases while the game was going on.

Matherson was issued an appearance ticket for the charge of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree a class E felony, and will appear in Marcy Town Court at a later date.
