According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Westmoreland man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Westmoreland.

On November 11, 2023, David B. Golden, 44, of Westmoreland was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred in the afternoon of September 28th, 2023.

Upon completion of the investigation of the domestic, David Golden was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st a class E Felony, Menacing 2nd a class A Misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd a Class D Felony

Golden was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and was held pending arraignment at the Oneida County Central Arraignment Court.
