According to the Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a City of Utica woman was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the City of Utica at the Oneida County Courthouse parking lot.

On December 7, 2023, Deputies assigned to the security unit at the Oneida County Courthouse along with NYSUCS Court Officers, responded to a domestic dispute that occurred inside a vehicle in the parking lot of the courthouse.

Subsequent to their investigation, Dana L. Furlow was arrested and charged with (1) count of Criminal Contempt 1st class E felony, (1) count of Endangering the Welfare of a child class A misdemeanor, and (1) count of Harassment 2nd violation.

Furlow was booked and processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, arraigned at the Oneida County Cap Court, and released on her own recognizance.
