* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches, except up to 8 inches over the hilltops above 1500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph on Monday.

* WHERE...Oneida County.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The rain will change to snow from the hilltops down into the lower elevations this evening. The heaviest snow is expected overnight into Monday morning. Lake effect snow showers and areas of blowing snow then continue Monday afternoon and evening.
