The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was honored to assist with escorting the team from Wreaths Across America - Official Page as they traveled through Oneida County earlier today.

Lieutenant Larrivey attended a ceremony at the Notre Dame Junior/Senior High School, while Lieutenant Phair, and Deputy Quinn assisted at the Walmart Distribution Center in Marcy. The convoy will continue to Pennsylvania with a final destination of the Arlington National Cemetery.

Wreaths Across America carry out the mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach about Veterans from the Revolutionary War to present day. This tradition is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at the Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 2,500 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea, and abroad.
