According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Verona man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Verona.

On December 14, 2023, Jason S Tuttle, 38, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on December 02, 2023.

Upon completion of the investigation, Tuttle was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st, a class E Felony, Aggravated Family Offense, a class E Felony, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, and Two counts of Aggravated Harassment 2nd, a class A Misdemeanor.

Tuttle was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and will be held at the Oneida County Jail awaiting arraignment.
