SPO Bob Evans continued his annual tradition of a holiday giveaway.

This year’s First prize was 6 tickets to a Utica Comets/ Syracuse Crunch game. Second and Third prizes were the Christmas door decorations that decorated the SPO’s office door. These prizes were won by three lucky students at the Westmoreland Upper Elementary School.
