According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, Deputies are currently investigating a Motor Vehicle Accident involving a pedestrian on Route 12b in the Town of Marshall.

Route 12b between Route 315 and the Village of Oriskany Falls is closed in both directions.

More details will be released at the conclusion of the investigation.
