According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Lee Man and a Town of Lee Woman were arrested following a domestic dispute that occurred in the Town of Lee.

Shortly after midnight on January 15th, 2024, Deputies responded to a physical domestic dispute that occurred on Milles Drive in the Town of Lee. Subsequent to an investigation, 47 year old Robert Switzer and 40 year old Deborah Dashnaw were arrested and each charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, and one count of Harassment 2nd, a violation. Switzer and Dashnaw were charged after they both engaged in a physical domestic altercation in front of a 9 year old child. Additionally, Switzer was charged with one count of Assault 3rd, a class A misdemeanor, after he caused a physical injury to Dashnaw from the incident. Both Switzer and Dashnaw were processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, arraigned, and released on their own recognizance. Child Protective Services were contacted on behalf of the child after the incident.
