Earlier today, Sheriff Maciol participated in a panel discussion about the youth violence plaguing our cities as part of the Oneida County Youth Services Council regular meeting. He was joined by County Executive Picente, Family Court Judge Caldwell, and representatives from the Utica Police Department and Oneida County Probation.
