According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol deputies responded to an address on Main Street in Clayville on January 3rd for a criminal mischief complaint.

Richard Murphy, 39 from Paris was arrested on today’s date at his residence for criminal mischief 4th, a class A misdemeanor for damaging a door at a residence in the beginning of January. Deputies were able to locate Murphy and took him into custody without issues and transported him back to the LEB for processing.

The Criminal Investigations Unit assisted patrol with the arrest. Murphy was issued an appearance ticket returnable to LCC Paris at a later date.
