Update to Ibanez Arrest C/Utica Jeremy D. Ibanez was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 2/5/2024. Ibanez was committed to the custody of the Oneida County Correctional Facility with a bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond, to appear in Whitestown Town Court on an upcoming date for the charge of Stalking in the 3rd degree.
