According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol there is currently a Police and Fire presence on Prospect Street, in the Village of Oneida Castle, for a two car personal injury motor vehicle accident.

At this time members of the Sheriff's Office Road Patrol Division are investigating. Prospect Street between State Route 365 and Walnut Street (City of Oneida/Madison County) is closed to traffic.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area and take an alternate route. More details will be released at a later time.
