According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a woman was arrested on various charges stemming from three separate police agencies.

Iesha A. Dean-Welch, age 40 / homeless, was observed entering the Oneida County Office Building by a Deputy who recognized her from a top ten wanted indicator.

Dean-Welch was wanted on several charges from three different police agencies including the Utica Police Department on a Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance charge, a class "B" Felony. In addition, she is also wanted by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class "E" Felony and the New Hartford Police Department on a Petit Larceny charge, a class "A" Misdemeanor.

The New York / New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, of which the Sheriff’s Office and Utica Police Department are members of, took custody of Dean-Welch and she is currently being held at the Oneida County Jail pending arraignment.
