According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a Barneveld woman was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Marshall.

On March 3rd, 2024, Katie Phillips, 28, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred between the dates of February 28th through March 3rd, 2024.

Upon completion of the investigation, Phillips was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, a class E Felony, Stalking in the Fourth Degree, a class B Misdemeanor, and two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree, both Violations.

Phillips was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing. Phillips was then held at the Oneida County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court on March 4th, 2024.
