According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol an Oriskany Falls man was arrested for driving a stolen vehicle intoxicated up to the Sheriff’s Office in the Town of Whitestown. At approximately 10 PM on Saturday night, Michael Lamanque, 35 of Oriskany Falls was operating a stolen vehicle when he drove up to the Sheriff’s Office. While deputies were speaking with Lamanque they could smell an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. After investigating the deputies placed Lamanque in custody for DWI. The Criminal Investigations Unit assisted patrol with the investigation. Mr. Lamanque was ultimately charged with DWI, Aggravated unlicensed 1st, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd and 4th degree, both felonies. Lamanque was held at OCJ for CAP Court.
