Utica Man Arrested in Westmoreland

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol a Utica man was arrested after a domestic incident in the Town of Westmoreland on May 2, 2024, at about 9:30 PM. Terrence Maybanks, 52, of Utica was taken into custody after deputies responded to a Westmoreland home where Maybanks had forced open the front door and attempted to assault the occupants inside. Maybanks was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a class C felony, and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony.

Maybanks is currently being held, awaiting arraignment at CAP Court.
