According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; An Ilion woman was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Whitestown. On May 11, 2024, Vanessa Kennedy, age 41, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on May 5, 2024. Upon completion of the investigation, Kennedy was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor. Kennedy was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, then brought to the Oneida County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment.
