ONEIDA COUNTY SHERIFF ROBERT M. MACIOL ANNOUNCES THE ARREST OF A WANTED, “FUGITIVE”

According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Unit:

On May 1, 2024, Bradley J. Iannone, age 32 of New Hartford, N.Y failed to appear in Oneida County Court after posting bail on an earlier date. Following Iannone’s failure to appear in Court, a Warrant was issued for his arrest. Iannone was wanted for numerous felony charges to include CPW 2nd – Loaded Firearm, CPCS 3rd – Narcotic Drug Intent to Sell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Imprisonment 1st, CSCS 3rd – Meth, CPCS 3rd – Meth, Criminal Possession Of A Narcotic Drug 4th and CPCS 7th x3.

On May 13, 2024, with the assistance of the Town of New Hartford Police Department Uniform Patrol Division and Utica Police Department Special Investigations Unit (SIU), members of the United States Marshal’s Service New York / New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force – Utica Division comprised of members from the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Unit, Narcotics Unit, Utica Police Department Warrants Unit, GIVE Unit, Oneida County Probation and New Hartford Police Department successfully located and arrested Iannone at his residence on Bonnie Ave in the Village of New Hartford after gaining entry. During the investigation, Task Force members located Iannone hiding in a false wall / crawl space inside the basement of his residence. Task Force members were successfully able to take Iannone into custody.

Once in custody, Iannone was transported to the Oneida County Jail and turned over to members of the Corrections Division without incident pending his arraignment in Oneida County Court on May 14, 2024.
