According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Barneveld woman was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Marshall.

On May 17, 2024, Katie Phillips, age 28, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on May 16, 2024.

Upon completion of the investigation, Phillips was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Contempt 2nd degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and one count of Harassment in the 2nd degree, a Violation.

Phillips was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, then brought to Centralized Arraignment where cash bail was set in lieu of $5,000.
