According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on the morning of June 22nd, 2024, Patrol Deputies were dispatched to an address in the Town of Westmoreland for a report of a domestic dispute in progress.

At the completion of the Deputies investigation, Brandon Trask (25 years of age) of Westmoreland, was taken into custody stemming from the domestic investigation for the charges of; Aggravated Family Offense (a Class E Felony), Criminal Mischief 4th (a Class A Misdemeanor), and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanors). Trask was transported to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Building where he was processed for the listed charges, and turned over to the Oneida County Jail where he was held pending arraignment at Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Proceeding.

Trask was remanded to the custody of the Oneida County Jail under the listed charges and held on $500.00 cash bail, or, $1000.00 bond.
