According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Kirkland man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Kirkland.

On July 10, 2024, Thomas Bell, 39, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred in the afternoon of July 10, 2024.

Upon completion of the investigation of the domestic, Thomas Bell was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd a class A Misdemeanor, 2 counts of Criminal Mischief 4th a class A Misdemeanor. And Aggravated Family Offense a class E Felony.

Bell was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing and arraignment. Bell was remanded on 10,000 cash bail at the Oneida County Central Correctional Facility.
