According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, On 08/15/2024, at about 9:58 A.M, road patrol deputies responded to a report of an in progress physical domestic at 321 Kenwood Avenue in the Village of Sylvan Beach. During road patrol deputies' investigation, it was determined that Matthew Hall (25) of Oneida, was involved in a physical altercation with a female victim while she was holding an infant child. Matthew was located in the City of Oneida where he was arrested and charged with one count of Harassment in the second degree, a violation, and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a misdemeanor. Matthew was released on an appearance ticket after appearing in Centralized Arraignment Court.
