According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol; On August 24th, 2024, at approximately 11:37 AM, Road Patrol Deputies responded to the area of Beaver Meadow Road in the Town of Vernon for an unknown motor vehicle crash.

While Road Patrol Deputies conducted their investigation into the crash, it was determined 32 year old Andrew Pfohl, of Constantia NY, was operating a 2021 Acura SUV, Northly, on Beaver Meadow Rd in the Town of Vernon when, Andrew left the roadway striking a tree, Andrew was transported to Oneida City Hospital for minor injuries.

The crash is still under investigation.

The Oneida County Sheriff's were assisted on the scene by Vernon Volunteer Fire Department, and Vineall Ambulance.
