According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Vernon woman was arrested following a domestic dispute that occurred in the City of Sherrill.

On August 24th, 2024, Deputies responded to a domestic dispute that occurred on Betsinger Road in the City of Sherrill. Subsequent to their investigation, 30 year old Lindsey Loucks of Vernon was arrested and charged with one count of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor after she used a vehicle belonging to the victim without their consent.

Loucks was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and was turned over to the Oneida County Jail pending arraignment.
