According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M.

According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, a West Monroe NY man, was arrested on September 19th, 2024, following the burglary of a dwelling. On July 19th, 2024 at approximately 2:40 AM, Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a residence, located in the Town of Florence, regarding a burglary complaint. It was discovered that power tools were stolen from inside of the dwelling and lawn tools were stolen from a shed. Further investigation was conducted by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit and as a result, Daniel J. Johnson Jr. (23), was charged with burglary in the second degree, a class C felony. Johnson was located by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit in Richland NY and subsequently taken into custody. Johnson was transported to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Building to be processed. Johnson is currently being held at the Oneida County Jail, awaiting Centralized Arraignment.
