According to the Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, on October 16th, 2024, at approximately 6:38 P.M. Deputies responded to a personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on Trenton Rd, in the Town of Marcy.

Deputies determined that Stephanie Wishart, age 25, of Remsen, was traveling South on Trenton Rd in a 2005 BMW when she lost control of her vehicle, exiting the roadway, striking a tree, and then overturning her vehicle. Maynard Fire Department and Kunkel Ambulance responded to the scene and Wishart was transported to Wynn Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Wishart was issued several tickets returnable to Marcy Town Court at a later date.
