According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, the Oneida County Sheriff's Office is currently conducting an investigation with the Central New York SPCA received from the Rome Humane Society. This investigation is regarding a puppy, Clayton, that was left on the side of the road abandoned in poor medical condition that recently passed. Future information will be released at a later time.
