Greig Woman Injured In Single Car Accident

According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, a Greig woman was injured in a single car motor vehicle accident that occurred on October 21st, 2018 at about 6:13PM.

According to Sheriff R. Maciol, Julie A. Fox, 19 years old, of Greig NY, was driving her 2004 Dodge Northbound on State Route 26, in the Town of Lee when Fox appeared to have an unknown medical episode that caused her to lose consciousness. Fox's vehicle traveled to the West shoulder of the road and into a ditch. Fox sustained a minor injury to her head. Fox was transported to Rome Memorial Hospital for treatment via AmCare ambulance.

The Sheriff's Office was assisted at the scene by the Lee Center Fire Department.
