A joint investigation between the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit and the Drug Enforcement Administration has lead to the arrest of a Whitestown family after they were indicted by an Oneida County Grand Jury in August for diverting multiple types of prescription drugs that included large amounts of fentanyl.

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, 50 year old Michelle DeBlois, 49 year old Timothy Noble and 20 year old Bethany Noble were all arrested on August 24 by the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Warrants Unit, after arrest warrants were issued by Oneida County Court Judge Michael Dwyer. All three are charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a class B felony, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony. All were arraigned on the charges and committed to Oneida County Jail with bail.

The Sheriff's Office and the DEA were assisted during the course of this investigation by the Utica Police Department, the Rome Police Department, the New York State Health Department Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement, the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Warrants Unit and the Oneida County District Attorney's Office. The case is being prosecuted by ADA Sarah DeMellier.
