Escape from custody

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 8-3-18 at about 12:45 pm, a prisoner escaped the custody of Oneida County Corrections Officers while leaving the City Of Utica Lockup. The prisoner was taken back into custody a short time later in the area Spring St and Huntington St by members of the Utica Police Department.

The investigation is still on going and more details to follow at a later time.
