Grand Larceny

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on August 1, 2018, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit arrested Michael J. West, age 49, of Vienna, NY for Grand Larceny in the second degree (Class C Felony).

Between December 7, 2015 and April 3, 2018, Michael J. West was paid a total of $70,000 dollars for work that he was supposed to complete a part of a construction contract on property located on Rome-New London Rd. in the City of Rome and at no time was any work completed by Michael J. West’s construction company which was known to be Exodus Group.

Michael J. West was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and held in Oneida County Correctional Facility pending an arraignment in CAP Court.
