Oneida County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Joe Lisi attended the Clinton Fire Department Annual Installation Banquet last evening and presented Richard Young a Sheriff’s Appreciation Award for his 62 years of service with the Clinton Fire Department. Congratulations!
