Motor vehicle accident

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol; On Friday August 31st, 2018, a Camden man was injured in a 1 vehicle motor vehicle accident. At around 03:20am, deputies responded to the accident on Hillsboro Rd in the Town of Camden.

An investigation into the accident revealed that Kody Yanushkak, of Camden NY was driving a 2004 Honda Accord Westbound on Hillsboro Rd. . Yanushkak drove off the southern shoulder of Hillsboro Rd striking a telephone pole and a street sign.

During the collision, Christmas received apparent minor injuries and was transported by AMCARE Ambulance to St Elisabeth's Hospital for further evaluation.

Yanushkak was issued a traffic ticket for failure to maintain right, which is returnable to Camden Town Court at a later date.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Camden Fire Department, Camden Police Department and AMCARE Ambulance.
