Motor vehicle accident in the town on Vienna

According to Sheriff Robert Maciol;

On June 19, 2018 at approximately 12:19am Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of W. Lake Street in the Town of Vienna, for a personal injury motor vehicle accident. During initial investigation, occupants of the vehicle stated that a male was operating a 2016 Nissan Sentra southerly on Mulholland Road. The vehicle ran a stop sign at the intersection of Mulholland Road at State Route 49 and crossed State Route 49 continuing onto W Lake Street. The vehicle then left the eastern side of W Lake Street striking a utility pole, stop sign, garbage cans. fencing and continued into a wooded area where it finally came to a rest. Shyan L Fisher, 20, of Oneida and Carla S. Williamson, 20, of Rome were transported to Oneida Hospital for treatment by Vineall Ambulance. Audreanna H. Disburger, 25, of Blossvale was treated at the scene.

Upon further investigation, Deputies discovered that Disburger was operating the vehicle at the time of the motor vehicle accident. Disburger was arrested for the following offenses;

False Written Statement (misdemeanor)

Operate w/o ignition interlock (misdemeanor)

Other Vehicle and Traffic Tickets

All above offenses are returnable to Vienna Town Court at a later date. The Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by North Bay Fire Department, Vineall Ambulance, and the New York State Police.
