Registered Sex Offender Arrested

According to Oneida County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Joseph Lisi, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Level 2 Registered Sex Offender was arrested on March 8, 2018 by OCSO Investigator M. Bolton. It was learned through investigation that Thomas DeCroce, age 58, had not been residing at his registered address in the Town of Remsen. DeCroce, was arrested for failing to register his change of address within 10 days, as required by law and was charged with one count of Failing to Report Change of Address, a Class E Felony under NYS Corrections Law.
