Reminder: Job Fair

Reminder: The Oneida County Sheriff’s Community Affairs Unit will be holding multiple job fairs in an effort to fill current vacant full-time and part-time positions within the Oneida County Correctional facility. The Community Affairs Unit will be at the Sangertown Mall (Center Court) in New Hartford the following dates and times- Monday, August 20th through Friday, August 24th from 12:00 pm until 8:00pm. Members of the Sheriff’s Office will be present to talk about a career in the field of Corrections along with providing job specifications, requirements, benefits, and the hiring process. Applications will also be available for those wishing to immediately apply for one of the current vacant Correction Officer positions. Note: We also accept applicants from adjoining counties such as Herkimer County, Lewis County, Madison County, Ostego County and Oswego county.
